| please tell me that you don't lift weights for over 3hours! if so, then you are doing completely wrong. don't lift weights for longer than one and a half hour! you don't need so much time to stimulate your muscles. lifting weights for 3hours isn't only bad for your muscles (cuz you overtrain them), it's also a waste of time. i'm lifting weights 3 times a week for one hour each time and that's completely enough!
if you are doing cardio (like running, cycling or so....) than it's ok, cuz with this you are not (or at least not very much) building up muscles, you are burning fat.

| I do cardio as well ofcourse  . 1hour - 1h30 powertraining and then 1h30 or cardio.
