Right let's get straight to business:

- A captain must always be informed about the status of the members. If players are inactive, they need to get them to be active again so that they can be used in clan wars.

I feel that I am a good motivator. I can strive to keep active members active and get inactive members to wake up. If I feel that someone is persistently inactive without reason I would report to the leader and let him decide. I also feel that I can make members feel better when they are feeling down.

- They have to post CW's on the forums ASAP.
They need to keep the people on the forum, if they don't listen, you can tell the leaders about that.

I think I already do this. I like to discuss tactics and keep the clan informed of upcoming wars.

- They should know what's going on on consolegaming (f.e. checking and posting on the forums).
Gives us a better name there!

Im probably one of the most active EoP members on CG and post regularly. I have a good CG reputation overall and I am known by many. I also publish the EoP name through my Avatar.

Why should we take u as Captain?

You should take me as clan because I already have the support of several EoP members.
I am hardworking even during my exam period
I am forward thinking and always strive to make the clan the best it can be
I am liked and known by the clan and throughout CG
I listen and respond appropriately
I display all the qualities required for a Captain

Why should you be better than other applicants?

Because I have all the qualities needed to be a Captain except I will complete my tasks to a better standard and more efficiently than any other.

How do you plan to handle your position?

I plan to handle my position by visiting the CG and EoP forums on the daily.
Give advice to members and help anyone feeling troubled
Be on PSN as often as possible so im a port of contact
Remain organized
Keep doing everything Terror likes about me

for me the waiting game is just as Terrorshot reads this. its just a matter of time before ur captain.
To your duties: You will see, that ull not gonna exactly do what the text says.
Keep members active: Of course u can try it, but this is quite useless right now. I told the members to get active again(f.e. NIcky, clipper) but yeah... the leaders already know bout that, if a memeber is inactive.
As u may have recognized, I dont visit the CG forum, talked Terror bout that and he allowed me to change my duties.
I expect you to SHOW TEAMWORK WITH ME THEN.
Ill tell ya then what i do right now and what you should emphasise on.

I don't think you would be a good captain iChozen sorry.. (sarcastic ofcourse).

You will make it to captain to what I am concerned. But your most important task is to recruit when necessary. If you see someone out of the roster, or a tryoutee that doesn't make it, you should find another replacement.

TerrorShot is the most lazy person of them all, he will give you all his work.. (Just kidding Marc, don't freak out! Remember your big fat post about the clan!)

i Jôsen, we never had an own recruiter. when sneaky recruited he was also coleader. The thing is, we should make the same amount of work, but not the same work. I think its pretty useless if 2 people tell one person that he should get more active...one is enough(except he doesnt listen)
Lets hear what terror has to say... but i think we should have a conversation once where we talk exactly about what who does. I also need this to reorganize my duties.

Captains are recruiters. EoP doesn't have a special fonction as recruiter. Altair is also recruiting, he plays with new members and keeps his eyes open for new talents.

I think chozen would make a great captain i really do, im not just saying this because me and him are good mates. I think he has everything a captain needs, motivation, loyalty alot more things like he's always active..he supports everyone when there playing bad..try to help people basiclly everything a captains jobs are he can do them no problem Smile
